No Returns - Exchanges Only

At beeYOUtique By Mandy LLC, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, you must present your original purchase receipt. The item(s) you wish to exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and in sellable condition.

Exchange Process

  1. Bring your item and receipt: Visit our boutique with the item you wish to exchange and your original purchase receipt.
  2. Select your new item: Browse our current selection and choose the item you wish to exchange for.
  3. Price Difference:
    • If the new item is of lesser value: You will receive store credit for the difference. This credit can be used towards future purchases.
    • If the new item is of greater value: You will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

Exclusions

Certain items may be excluded from our exchange policy. These exclusions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Special orders
